We started cleaning in Charlotte back in 1990 — no staff, and exactly one client. She was an elderly lady from our church with health and allergy issues, so we could not use bleach or anything toxic at all. There were barely any natural products back then, so I made my own.
We did whatever she needed — scrubbing her kitchen floors, washing clothes, even fixing her broken sink. She started calling us her cleaning angels. That is how AngelMaid got its name.

No. Every estimate is free and done in person, in your home. We walk it with you, talk through what you want covered, and give you a price on the spot. Nothing is quoted sight-unseen.
Not every home does — and we'll tell you honestly when yours doesn't. When it makes sense, a first-time deep clean starts at $200 and gets the house to a baseline that regular visits can hold.
On whatever rhythm suits you. Scheduled cleaning starts at $100 a visit, and if you book five scheduled cleanings we take $100 off.
In North Carolina: Weddington, Matthews, Waxhaw, Indian Trail and Charlotte. In South Carolina: Rock Hill and Fort Mill. If you are just outside, call and ask — we will tell you honestly.
Yes — everything comes with us. Gentle all-purpose cleaners, sanitised cloths, a fresh microfibre mop head and a new vacuum filter for every clean. Bleach is used only on toilets and on black mould and mildew, rinsed thoroughly, and not at all if you would rather we did not. Eco-friendly products are available on request; they cost a little more to buy, so the rate is slightly higher and we will tell you exactly how much before we start.
Call us within 24 hours. If you are not satisfied with a certain area of your home, we will gladly re-clean that area for free. We are confident enough in the work to guarantee it.
